These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://trivyo.in and any professional engineering services provided by Trivyo Solutions ("we", "our", or "studio"), operated by Ravikumar Tamilmani.

The Short Version

We provide independent software engineering, automated QA, and AI workflow services. All client engagements are governed by written scopes of work. Upon full payment, you own the custom deliverables we build for you.

1. Services & Engagements

Trivyo Solutions provides independent software engineering, quality assurance automation, CI/CD pipeline integration, and custom AI agent workflows. All commercial engagements are defined by a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW), project agreement, or written specification detailing deliverables, milestones, and fees.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Client Deliverables: Upon full and final settlement of agreed-upon consulting fees, all custom source code, test frameworks, scripts, and documentation created specifically for the client transfer to and belong exclusively to the client.

Studio Tools & Public Code: Any pre-existing open-source libraries, general utility scripts, or publicly maintained templates retain their respective open-source licenses.

3. Confidentiality & NDA

We routinely work with proprietary codebases, pre-release software, and internal staging environments. We treat all client code, business data, and communication with strict confidentiality and execute standard Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to project kickoff.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This website and information are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we follow obsessive quality engineering practices to build resilient, thoroughly tested software, Trivyo Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or software beyond the fees paid under the applicable project agreement.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and any project engagements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
